How Burlington County Tree Removal Works
We are a referral service, not a tree company. Here is exactly what happens when you send a request, and what to check before anyone climbs your tree.
Free referral service. A partner contractor contacts you directly.
About Burlington County Tree Removal
Burlington County Tree Removal is an independent referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform tree removal or any other tree work ourselves. When you send a request, we share it with an independent partner contractor serving Burlington County, NJ, who contacts you directly. Any estimate, contract, pricing, licensing, insurance and workmanship are between you and that contractor. Please verify their credentials before you hire.
We built this site because finding a tree contractor fast in Burlington County, especially right after a storm, can mean calling around for hours. You send one request. We route it to an independent partner contractor that handles tree work in your part of the county, and they contact you.
We are not affiliated with any township, utility or insurance company, and nothing on this site is an inspection or an arborist's opinion.
The process, step by step
- You send a request or call. Use the request form or call (609) 248-0220. Tell us your town, what you need and how soon.
- We review it and refer it. We check that the request is complete and in our Burlington County service area, then share it with an independent partner contractor who handles that kind of job in your area.
- The contractor contacts you directly. They will usually call or text to ask questions and arrange a visit. Any estimate you receive is theirs, not ours.
- You decide. There is no obligation. If you hire the contractor, your agreement, payment and any warranty are with them, under their own written contract.
What it costs you
Nothing. Sending a request is free and you are never obligated to hire anyone. Burlington County Tree Removal may be compensated by partner contractors for referrals; that does not change what the contractor is allowed to charge you, and you should always get pricing in writing.
What we do not do
- We do not perform tree removal or any other tree work, send crews or own equipment.
- We do not give binding quotes, inspect properties or guarantee any contractor's work.
- We do not hold contractor licenses, registrations or insurance for this work. The contractor you hire is responsible for those.
- We do not sell your information to lists or multiple bidders. Your request goes to a partner contractor for your job.
Before you hire anyone, verify
- NJ Board of Tree Experts registration. Tree care businesses in New Jersey must be registered (look for an NJTC number) and employ a Licensed Tree Expert or Licensed Tree Care Operator. The Board's website has a business directory.
- Insurance. Ask for a certificate of liability and workers' compensation insurance sent directly from the insurance agent.
- Permits. Ask who will apply for any township tree removal or road opening permit.
- Written scope and price. Including clean-up, wood removal, stump grinding and how damage to lawn or driveway will be handled.
- Payment terms. Be cautious of large up-front cash deposits, especially from door-to-door crews after storms.
